These Terms & Conditions apply to all reservations made directly through the Little Vines Cottages website and the Hostaway booking engine. By making a booking or using this Website, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

1. Booking & Payment

A reservation is confirmed once payment has been received in accordance with the rate selected at the time of booking. Payment terms vary depending on the rate plan chosen and are clearly displayed prior to confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel a booking if payment is not received within the specified time period. All payments are processed securely via our booking platform and associated payment providers.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms are determined by the rate selected at the time of booking and are shown before payment is made.

High Season (1 November – 30 April)

More than 30 days prior to arrival: Full refund, less any payment processing fees.

14–30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the booking total is non-refundable.

Less than 14 days prior to arrival: The full booking amount is non-refundable.

Low Season (1 May – 31 October)

More than 14 days prior to arrival: Full refund, less any payment processing fees.

7–14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the booking total is non-refundable.

Less than 7 days prior to arrival: The full booking amount is non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: 11am

Check-out: 2pm

Early check-in or late check-out may be available by prior arrangement and subject to availability.

4. Occupancy & Use

The number of guests must not exceed the number confirmed in the reservation. The cottages are intended for holiday accommodation only. Events, gatherings or commercial use require prior arrangement and written approval.

Guests are responsible for the conduct of all members of their party.

5. Care of the Property

We ask that the cottages and shared spaces are treated with care.

We reserve the right to charge for:

Damage beyond normal wear and tear

Excessive cleaning

Missing items

Unauthorised additional guests

6. Shared Facilities & Safety

The garden and swimming pool are shared areas. Use of the pool, garden and play equipment, including the trampoline where applicable, is at guests’ own risk. Children must be supervised at all times, particularly around the swimming pool and play areas.

Little Vines Cottages accepts no responsibility for injury, loss or damage unless required by law.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, power interruptions, extreme weather or government restrictions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Vines Cottages shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your stay. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion would be unlawful.

9. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable South African data protection legislation, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

10. Website Use & Intellectual Property

By accessing littlevinescottages.holidayfuture.com (“the Website”), you agree to comply with these Terms. “You” refers to the person accessing the Website. “We”, “Us” or “Little Vines Cottages” refers to the Website owner.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Little Vines Cottages and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this Website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this Website for personal, non-commercial use only.

Sell, rent or sub-license material from this Website

Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from this Website

Redistribute content without prior written permission

No use of our logo, branding, images or other artwork is permitted without written consent.

12. User Comments & Contributions

Where the Website allows users to post comments or content:

We do not pre-screen user content prior to publication.

Comments reflect the views of the individual posting them and not necessarily those of Little Vines Cottages.

We reserve the right to remove content considered inappropriate, unlawful or in breach of these Terms.
